‘Health is Wealth’ is a very famous saying but many people in this world fail to earn it. It should be the responsibility of every individual to take care of his health and give it enough importance in life as he gives to other factors. Health is the last thing on an individual’s mind as he does not have the time to think about himself as he is more absorbed in his professional activities. But there comes a point in life where your body starts to respond and starts telling that the damage has been done and its time that proper remedial action be taken in order to increase the life of the individual.
All of a sudden when the individuals mind and body don’t work in sync then only the individual realizes that the time has come to become health conscious. Looking after ones health is a moral right and is a must do thing keeping in view of the liabilities he has like taking care of his family or running the family business. As a person is wholly responsible for his family in the same way he is responsible for his health too and this directly affects the family too.
Taking good care of the health doesn’t necessarily mean going to the doctor for regular checkups, it means maintaining a healthy lifestyle like playing sports on a regular basis, having good and nutritious food, having low calorie diet and having a dietary plan. So taking care of ones health is not only good for himself but also good for the people depending on him.
